I grew up between France and Morocco. I spent much of my life navigating between these two worlds, translating words, ideas and ways of thinking.

I studied mathematics and Bayesian statistics, and later global management. Not the most linear path, but I’ve never trusted linear paths very much. I worked in consulting, delivering data science and, later, AI projects for medium-sized and large companies across France and Europe. I spent more time than I’d like to admit helping clients bridge the gap between what they wanted, what they actually needed, and what was realistically feasible. I also tried to preserve the rigour and the relationship along the way.

Recently, I started questioning my knowledge, the thinking itself and the mechanics behind it. It took me to neuroscience. I’m not a neuroscientist yet. I am deeply curious about it and am still exploring the field in my spare time.

I love swimming, mostly indoors, and in open water when possible. I also enjoy wandering in high-altitude deserts and mountains. These are my favourite activities to minimize my overthinking.
